It is our great pleasure to announce the next annual Round Table, organised by the CMSM as part of Sepsis Nederland. This year the round table will focus on 'Knowledge gaps - what do we not know in the field of micronutriënts?'
We can already announce the first keynote speaker: Dr. Christian Stoppe
Dr. Stoppe is Professor at Würzburg University (Germany) and the Charité in Berlin, and is developing and leading several international clinical trials in the field of Critical Care. Together with his international collaborators, he has built an international clinical research trial group for several interventional nutrition studies. His research focuses on perioperative optimization strategies in cardiac surgery patients, nutrition studies (micro- & macronutrients), enteral and parenteral nutrition, functional outcomes & risk assessment, guidelines, translational studies and organ protective strategies with special focus on cardiac surgery, severely burn and critically ill patients.
The session will take place July 8th 15:30-17:30. On location you will be able to enjoy the presentations and discussions, followed by a provided dinner. It will also be possible to attend the session online.
